At Qull, we only have 2 roles.
We keep the team small and the bar high. Everyone here is either treating kids or building the system that helps us treat more of them. If that is you, reach out.
Registered Speech-Language Pathologist
You own clinical care end to end. You run assessments, design treatment plans, review recorded practice between visits, and meet families on a regular cadence. You set the standard every child on Qull experiences, and you shape how our tools support real therapy.
You probably have
- Registration in good standing with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario).
- Experience with pediatric fluency and articulation work.
- A point of view on what technology should and should not do in a therapy relationship.
Member of Technical Staff
One role for engineers and researchers. You build the practice layer, the speech models that catch disfluency, the data tooling, and the product families and clinicians touch every day. Small team, wide scope, real ownership.
You probably have
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, and comfort moving across the stack.
- Experience with audio, speech, or ML systems is a plus, not a requirement.
- A bias toward shipping and a high tolerance for early-stage ambiguity.
Either way, email hello@qull.ai with a note about you. No cover letter theatre. Just tell us what you have built or who you have helped.
